BioWare is one of the most influential RPG studios of the past two decades, known for hits like Mass Effect and Dragon Age. This session brings together the co-founder of BioWare (and founder of ThresholdImpact) with two of its former employees, who then went on to start their own studios, Phoenix Labs and Critical Path Games. They'll look back on the early days of BioWare, explore lessons learned from that experience, and discuss how it informed their subsequent successes in the worlds of gaming, angel investing, and leadership.
